I had unfair account suspension due to additional verification on July 31st,2019. I've sent the required information and document to them. But still they decided not to reinstate my account. There was no exact evidence shown by them that I violated their rules. Honestly I'm unaware of what things went through technically and sincerely I didn't violate Section 3B. It's a matter of correcting my identification.
