i don't know what the lowest number of approved a person had before they got masters but 32k seems to be on the lower end for those who get it.

I got masters in '14 (I think). I didn't even hit 30k until last year. I'm at 35k now.

Hit the export button and back it up just In case it isn’t corrupt. Did you sync it?
Are you on the latest version?
The last update pushed out said something about Clipboard and an obscure hit db problem.
How many times did you import it?
