I know -- that one is tea And it's right to take a stand somewhere... I switched to fair trade coffee (which I hope is slightly better..) and slavery free chocolate... it's almost impossible to buy something that's not in some sort of moral gray area (clothing, electronics, ugh) , but that's no reason to not at least improve some of the items we consume.

I agree with you. It all started in high school for me. I wouldn't wear any name brands, as if that meant something but at the time Nike or Reebok had irked me. Now I just try to purchase free trade, fair labor, local sourced and grown etc... At the end of the day we have to eat. I grow what I can, even tobacco leaves. I buy coffee from a lady friend from mexico and roast the beans myself, which btw is much easier with a proper roaster, I get animals from my ex professor that I know have been humanely raised and fed. And if any of this bothers you, do not, I repeat, do not watch ROTTEN on netflix.
