I rarely do them due to the rejections. With their hits, you're GOING to make a mistake at some point. And in my RL I don't require my employees to be 100% accurate or I "dock" their pay or lower their rating. If someone is 95% accurate I'm totally thrilled!

But, I admit to feeling smug after they sent me a condescending email saying I was rejected because I didn't read directions and in the future I should be more careful about reading directions, and I pointed out that I answered the way I did because I carefully read their directions and followed them to a T...no black or white. When they looked at the actual one I was talking about they had to admit, yep, I followed directions.

I detest serious condescension (Joking condescension I think is quite funny!)

Schools have been closed for 2 days in Knoxville. Not sure if they are going to bother tomorrow or not.
