I'm at 1200 ms for a single watcher and even turned off Hit Finder. Turns out I had a leftover tab of hit catcher from yesterday running 1 watchers as well. I think it just glitched out because it tricked it into running a watcher for the same HIT twice. Seems to be golden now.
