Nah, Instead of the code, I just put "no code given" then copy/paste whatever message is on the last page of the survey in a message to the requester. So far, has worked every time

Oh, I usually do, too, and have not been rejected for it thus far. But with this survey I got to that page so fast that it's possible I was screened out. At less than 10K hits, it's not worth it to me to risk a rejection for .50.
