After you do 70k of them you kinda get a system down.
After you submit one you can see if there's a captcha coming (even though it hasn't loaded) because the header changes.

Depends on the time of day.
Never more than 10 during the day into evening.
15+ on late night/no sleep crew.
How many you have effects how long it takes for them to load.
