I have worked with customer support to resolve the glitch preventing you from submitting your completion code. If you search for the HIT below (via title or by my name - Jacqueline Reyner), you should now be able to accept the HIT and enter your six digit completion code. Please note that while the survey link is still listed on the HIT, you DO NOT need to complete the survey again to get credit. Just simply submit your code. If you do not have your code, that's ok too... just submit your Amazon ID instead.

This is why I so dislike the people who yank their pitchforks and torches out of their asses and run to TO instantly. many of these requesters have no idea how this place works and aren't looking at it all day every day. Most truly want to fix things once they know their is a problem.
