By dumb luck (depending on how you look at it) I have a mother and a girlfriend both that just go absolutely insane over Christmas (I am a Halloween guy myself). As for my birthday I have a lot of relatives I don't see often and I think sending me money/gift cards makes them feel better. It certainly makes me feel better when I use the money. xD

Hah yeah you lucked out. My friend girl and roomie both like Halloween, Christmas is a meh. Sadly I am short on living relatives other than my siblings (neither of which I get along with lol) so its usually me buying my own presents and cake. Granted, I was told by the one roomie it won't happen this year (March 26) cause she said at minimum she will make me my fave cake from scratch (red velvet with cream cheese frosting)
