I think it would be best over egg noodles. I'm not sure I could handle thin noodles in my chili. My texture sensors would think something that shouldn't be in the chili is slithering around in there.

(I'm actually looking for creative recipes to use of spaghetti as I accidentally ended up with like 8 boxes of it and want to use it up :) )

idk MIL serves it that way (or with elbows) when she makes chili. Her chili tastes like spaghetti sauce to me though.

I'd definitely rather have it in frito pie though.

edit: Also before I moved dwon here the only thing that went in chili was fritos/doritos and cheese. All this noodles and rice business was just unheard of.
