Harper Collins is listed as the publisher. I hardly believe that they need MTurkers to proofread stuff for them. Sooo... /shrug

I don't really see any good batches! I haven't found good ones since last week, but I've mainly looking for surveys.

Is there good batch work for someone just at 1k hits 99 approval

You are doing it right, I've made 15 dollars on surveys this morning already and nothing on batchwork. In the long term you should get into batch work, it just boost your earnings a lot better, but lately they are hard to find. I would advise you to find a hit a make yourself become good at it by practice.

I remember using Audible and the free book download that you get with the trial to buy Francesca Gino's book the first time I did it and kept the gift card she sent me. I'm not sure if you can still do that but it might be worth a shot.
