Very good practice! I got it, too. I don't remember the survey, but I'm sure I was not happy with the pay! Getting a bonus makes everything all better.

Perish the thought. I thought people posted their PE to give the rest of us plebs some motivation, if they're doing it out of self-interest I'd be extremely shocked and appalled.

Everyday I try to say something nice to @Bode Miller, he needs our love and appreciates our kindness. He's been more cheerful lately and what I mean by more cheerful, is that he's been about 1% less sarcastic than normal.
