Description: This study involves a survey for research conducted by Jimin Nam and Michael I. Norton at Harvard Business School. You will be asked to read a hypothetical situation involving an airline and answer some questions. This study will help us learn about perceptions of customer service communication. This survey will take about 3-4 minutes and you will be compensated $0.65 for completing the study.
