Ok so... I'm technically in a 6mon contract with my current place i've been in for four weeks *eyeroll* but he had a surprise third roommate who is his dad and an alcoholic and less than charming. I'm miserable, except, I do have my cats.

A friend of a friend just had a room open up in her townhouse down the road, and including utilities is almost $200/month cheaper. I really don't want to move again, however, it's rooming with girls, who are animal people, and seem clean and neat and normal.

And um, hello, save $200/month. No contract, month to month with 1 month notice. I think I'll be moving. Rev and I need to go meet her and her dog (i've met her before) but as much as I hate it here, and love money, I think i'll move. I won't have to teach humans basic decency and house keeping.

Really nervous about bringing it up to current roommate/homeowner, but dude. your dad ruined it.
