Just wanted to let you guys know in case you use paypal: Yesterday I was supposed to get a deposit. I didn't so I checked my email and had a message from Paypal saying that I needed to go to their resolution center and follow instructions. Nothing in the resolution center, so I called them. I had been put on some kind of security hold until I sent them my id, proof of address, and proof of insurance. They told me it could be up to ten days before they release my account back to me. I got a message from mturk this morning saying my deposit had been sent back and that I needed to verify my deposit account info with them. What a mess. They never even warned me that I would need to give them all this proof. Beware if you are using them for any type of deposits!

This is why you never ever keep money in paypal. They will absolutely shut your account down any time they feel like it for any reason they can come up with and they won't return any money that was in the account. I don't trust them any further than I can throw them. I wish someone would hurry up and make a viable alternative

Same. I usually do hit the neutral buttons but I mark those surveys in my spreadsheet so I can message the requester if I get a rejection

Good idea. I may start doing that. Or put in the feedback why I marked things the way I did. I don't like throwing anyone's research off.
