I have a recumbent exercise bike and walk whenever I can. I actually ran a 5k a few years ago after training by walking briskly. I do want to get into yoga because I think it would be beneficial to me on many levels. I've been looking into (don't laugh) Diamond Dog Yoga.). If you recall, That handicapped ex-paratrooper had excellent results.
I am not laughing. When it comes to yoga, it starts where it starts. For me it started with a video that I found on the internet six years ago. It
started with stretching and feeling my body do things that I never thought it would or could ever do. I literally grew an inch. Eventually I decided to go to classes. I don't even know why to be honest. I just wanted a community I guess. I do yoga every day. The classes only about once a week. I ride my bike multiple times a day and it's a really joyful thing for me. That's what you have to find.

Okay but don't judge because I do most of my reading on the internet and I get distracted I find it hard to concentrate on a book I mean who knows I might have some form of undiagnosed ADHD I wouldn't be surprised.............................I'm on the second book :(
Nice! The most exciting, action-packed book is the third. When I did my second read through, I read the fourth and fifth mixed together in an internet conglomeration titled " A Ball of Beasts." Many characters don't appear in the fourth book so some people like it better this way because it's in chronological form.

Your second read through? How much reading do you do on a regular basis?

If I support you any more folks are gonna start talking. So what's the book? I like books.
We're talking about the "A Song of Ice and Fire" series. The series the show "A Game of Thrones" is "based" on.

Good morning! I'm still awake. Is there any work to work on so I can stay more awake?

Game of Thrones. Sorry I wasn't paying attention. I'm a fan but I haven't made it to the third yet.

More than a good read! They're essential. I do enjoy Stephen King very much though.

I just bought books 2 and 3 of the gunslinger series, but I'm in the middle of something else and want to read all three in a row.

dont read just a few, buy them all (used and the trade paperback sized books is what i got) and read them all back to back, there are a lot of minute details you will forget if you dont kinda read them all close together

...which btw, once you read this series, youll wanna pick up *SO* many other books cause it all....."strings together" in the most unlikely and creative ways :)
