I feel like goat cheese only belongs on salads and not deserts, but I'm not informed enough about this topic to really debate it

I think it's similar in consistency to cheesecake and not so far off in taste when it's added to the sweetness of the ice cream. It's one of their permanent flavors so people must like it.

I had to quit energy drinks after getting diagnosed with IBS.

Which may sound like a bad thing but I'm pretty happy with it because it validates what many people on this forum already knew about me.

I've had goat milk ice cream. It's excellent. Also, goat cheese cheesecake which was way better than regular cheesecake.
