No, you wouldn't. They've been posting the Multi-Option (really multi-question... well, same question with different answer pairings each time) ones for a couple months now. They pay a multiple of the normal $0.04 pay for a single question x the number of questions in the HIT. Today's have 15 questions plus the prefilled demographics. 15 x $0.04 = $0.60.
