Oh, I enjoy them, too! And I only smoked about 4-5 sticks a day at my highest honestly (working full time in an office and not smoking inside the house or around my kid makes it nearly impossible to smoke a ton a day!) So my "craving" for them completely was gone meaning not just nicotine, but the mental craving. I didn't need to enjoy them any longer (if that makes any sense?). I also found substitutes, which totally help when I really want one. Also, realizing that if I just go about my business the craving will eventually pass was huge.
