TBF, if we did the work, passed ACs, were approved and promptly paid I see no harm in them asking for a review. It's a known phenomenon that those with a negative experience are more likely to tell people than those with a positive one. Hotels, car rentals, groomers ... heck, almost everyone asks for reviews nowadays.
