Thanks! It's a blog/channel/site I am starting.. I'm going to track my progress (i guess) as I get into making passive income w/ phones & help other people getting into it, maybe other stuff in the future
Sounds awesome! Is it something we can look into now? Or should I wait for your announcement?

Anyone have any experience with Victor Zhong? Paraphrase computer generated questions to English from a table? I'm pretty quick and there's a lot of them. I'm a little scared to do a bunch, but I don't have anything else going on..

Well I told the Assistant Manager today I can't handle working both Saturday and Sunday and never having a day off. So I told him to switch my schedule to work Wednesday nights 5 - 9 and Fridays 5 - 9 and 8 on Saturdays. This will give me 16 hours a weeks. But I really need at least a day off a week. My back is so sort today and I was even wearing a back belt. I just hope he remembers to do it.

I managed to survive my first full day on register myself with a few complications. Knocked over the coffee pot in the break room, and spent nearly my entire 15 minute break cleaning up the mess. No one offered to help. Someone's WIC transaction didn't go through so had to call a CSM. Put in the register tape in the wrong way, so some really grumpy guys receipt didn't print anything on it, so he came back to me and was grumpy, so I had to call a CSM again so I could print a duplicate receipt cause I forgot how.

My back and my feet hurt, but my back really hurts. Got 12000 steps in, so at least that's good. Oh well, has to get better right?
Invest in running shoes and some high quality orthopedic insoles. Make sure you have a mat to stand on when you're on a register (not sure if they're required or even allowed at Walmart but look into it).

Started off as a cashier and was promoted 3-4 times within 3 years. Ask to be cross trained. If your store has any other services like a Pharmacy, Starbucks, ect., they always need people to fill in when there are call outs.

You mentioned that people don't talk to you, the easiest way to get them to do that is to ask for help, tips, and ideas about work. It's a win win.

I've heard of someone getting 1 rejection from him, but he reversed and bonused for the miscommunication. Good guy. All 400 I did earlier approved.

I mean, a few do talk to me, the ones I was in orientation with, but I hardly ever see them. I do have very good running shoes, very expensive running shoes (cross trainers, I think). Yest all registers except 1 has a mat, but that's the training register, so I think they only use that one for training. I

Did you work at Wal Mart, not sure about being a CSM, lots of responsibility, but I wouldn't mind to Customer Services desk. I wouldn't even mind the cashier job, just hate bagging groceries and lifting them.

I did some of the yes/no ones and they approved in a few hours, but I was leery of doing too many even with a decent TO. If he is a decent guy, though, I guess I'll roll the dice.

Worked for Target. I was a Team Lead before I left so I was trained in every department. In my personal opinion electronics was the easiest department to work in. It will probably require a bit of technical knowledge though. CS isn't fun. Very emotionally taxing.
