is it possible to work from both ends of your queue? for hits like customer interests? I heard this before. I dont see any scripts like that. like having 2 tabs open while one tab loads the top of your queue and the other tab will load from the bottom of your queue?

You can with the queue order fix script, but you have to work in either two browsers or like one normal window and one incognito window. You just set the script on one to sort by newest first while you set the script on the other to sort by oldest first. I think that's how it goes, anyway. It's been a long time since I played with it.
