School's back from summer! Where's the work?

(at least school's back for just the worst performing schools in my area so the kids get tortured with an early return from summer with 10 extra waste of instruction days, but I'm sure the teachers getting bonus checks for those 10 extra days might be happy).

Our friends in FL go back next week. My daughter doesn't go back until Sept.

When my daughter was in FL she went (briefly) to a charter school and they did tons of extra days (they did the whole teach to the test stuff. Bikes for those that aced the FCAT).

She goes to a hippy school, now. They do have tests, but not much pressure

I started receiving emails from several Amazon sellers last week asking me to order their products and write a review and they would reimburse my Paypal account after the review (in one case it stated 'positive review') was submitted to Amazon.

Sylvia doesn't want much for that 2.00. When I saw all those empty boxes to fill with words, I dumped this back in the ditch where I found it. So I haven't done it and can't recommend it. Of course, my biggest problem with this HIT is that I have no idea what ''retirement'' is... You may like it.....of course some of y'all are a bit strange. Not that I mind.
