Probably nothing wrong with NC as the requester probably wants opinions of private security companies operating in their area.

If you want unsafe places, I apparently live there as Uruguay put out a travel advisory specifically cautioning travel of their citizens to my city in the United States! I live in a good area so I'm not worried about traveling except to those dangerous areas of the city. :)

is there any "danger" (besides just not getting to do the HITs) of letting a lot of HITs expired because something came up after you accepted? Can you get blocked?

As far as I know, no. I've had a lot of stuff expire on me. Maybe someone with more time here would know better.

I live right outside Parkland and we never had so much as a robbery until last year, so I guess it doesn't matter where you live these days. :(


on a brighter note, today is the first day in a long time I'm actually catching surveys when they post. normally they are all gone the second they post for me!

A lot of things have always happened in many areas but, statistically, violence (including gun violence) is DOWN.
A lot of areas seem like it's on the rise b/c of social media, propaganda (I won't get started in this thread :p ) and sensationalism.
