depends on how much the HIT is worth (a high paying hit? It could stay on for hours). Also, some HITS have long timers - if they do, then I leave it on at least as long as the timer.

Check at the top of your panda crazy and see if you have many PRE's. The more you have, the less effective you are at catching hits (and you probably are trying to catch too many). I only keep 3 things on panda at the same time.

No, it means between 99 and 100. Many people have, like a 99.4 or 99.7 approval rating, for example.

PRE's are page request errors. So, anytime you get one - it's a time when there is a tiny hiccup and amazon is not letting your preview and accept go through (am I explaining that well. Help smarter than I people).

So, if you get one an hour - then it's just one little request that is not going through. If you get hundreds - well. that's a lot.

They happen! But you want to minimize them.

If it says 99 or greater, then 99.90 or whatever is adequate. But if it says greater than 99, it means 100%.
