Windows 10 has the capability of multiple windows all at once. Just pull the tabs where you want them. I usually run 2 windows . One for Panda Crazy and the other for Forker, forums, Hits, games, etc. I've frequently used other floating windows when I needed more. All on my 27'' monitor. Just click it and arrange it where you want. You can line them up, stack them, put one in a corner, and so on. If I can do this, anyone can.

It's something wrong with the HIT, there isn't anything you can do about it. Sometimes they'll fix it, a lot of them sit there like that for a while though.
