Best thing to do is contact the State Attorney or which ever agency you dealt with since you were involved in the case to get information. You can also call the facility they are at or Sheriff’s office and ask if they are still locked up or bonded out. In some jurisdictions they have alert systems that let you know a bond was posted. Even though they lowered things and he might need a few thousand to get out, it does not mean he has the capacity, call and check they will tell you.

Yeah I am aware I can do that.. Im in Orlando, I have the sherriff's card with case #, but we are dealing with the hurricane so Im gonna wait till after to call him. I can imagine they are super busy right now.
