It depends on whether you buy the small packets that allow you to add your own sweetener or the large packets that are already filled with refined white sugar. I don't really like the red flavor except in nostalgia situations where I recall watching movies during slumber parties, but that might not apply to you. We used to drink that stuff out of tall tupperware cups in a musty smelling basement with an old tube type TV. There were Donny Osmond pillow cases and light brights involved as well.

What is everyone's favorite flavor of kool aid?

So how did the approval go for anyone who did these? I just did the 25 cent ones so far, have a couple rejections, but considering I submitted three before I was done by clicking the number four while typing (took that long to figure out I had a script doing it) I can live with that. I have written a few messages mostly related to the rejections (also one that mentioned too many symbols, which are not in the instructions) and can't no response yet. Maybe bc it's the weekend.

well, that's actually what I was referring to with my second statement. you can use sugar substitutes, but many of those are more difficult to digest, and in large quantities can cause gas or stomach pains.
