I'm gonna be honest with you. The program looks too complicated.

Why not just eat what nature, God, the universe, or whatever you want to call it provided for us in it's unadulterated form? This program is making very healthy foods like beans, legumes, tubers like potatoes, nuts, and fruits all out to be the devil.

Why can't we eat healthy all foods in their natural state and call it a day? I was taught that some foods that are high in carbs can actually reverse disease and that food high in saturated fat's, cholesterol, and trans fat should be eaten in moderation or eliminated.

How do we know who's right and who's wrong in terms of best diet? Or should we just eat the way nature intended us to eat (whole all natural foods)? Not looking for a debate my friend, just want some opinions and input from others to better educate me on this topic :).

HIt a wall on 5s. After grinding them yesterday. I did 100 today and was over it.

I've seen so many hot sauces out there with "unique" names. There's a whole store in the Opry Mills mall down in Nashville dedicated to hot stuff. One you can sample requires you to sign a waiver before you try it! No thanks.

i stay in ketosis because i like it. i feel good, i'm healthy. i have energy.
if you don't want to do it, then don't! plenty of people do just fine with an IIFYM style approach. i just cant do that.
it sounds like you already do what works for you and what you like! so stick with it.

I've been on a low carb and grilled chicken/fish diet for the past 3 weeks. Gotta say I feel 100times better during the day(don't get sleepy etc). Now if I could only cut back on the whiskey...
"Cool I have 300 calories left over for the day, I can eat a very healthy snack or perhaps treat myself with some dessert aaaand I'm pouring myself a glass of rum I guess that works too".

Okay awesome, that being said I'm going to order a book on it tonight and do some research into it. Some of the health benefits from it look really good. And maybe it could reduce my need for sleep. I really appreciate you introducing me to this diet!
