I had a midterm and some other things but thought I'd stop in to try for a few pennies.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Is it worth contacting the ethics folks of a requester when they promise a large bonus, explicitly, multiple times, then decide it isn't worth paying and just don't pay it out?
If it was a raffle or something silly, I'd ignore it, but... it was for *the amount of work you did, on the HIT, specifically*. I did over 100 images for that crap, and they asked for a minimum of 10, and you could quit. They flat-out just dangled money in front of me and then pulled it away and laughed.

Because they approved and paid the HIT already, for me. I have never seen a bonus after an approval and payment has already gone through.
