There is a qual to prevent retakes.. I have the qual too and I also have that H&I prevent retake qual. I did an "identify an animal in a drawing" hit for $9 by them in May of this year by them so that must be where they gave me the prevent retake qual.

i got it to work by going to my display settings and changing the resolution to a higher resolution.

so it apparently has to do with display resolution and not the fact your browser window is not in fullscreen mode when you accept the hit.
