I seriously disliked AMD after experiencing the FX series, but I played around with a Threadripper rig and fell in love.. so now I own one. I've always been team Intel but the cost/performance ratio makes them a tough choice at this point.. plus I don't do much gaming. For the price of one of those new i9s, you can pretty much get a 16c/32t TR...
