Agreed. .10 a min is the absolute lowest i will work on and that is only if i am desperate or really bored.

because TO hasn't standardized pay in USD/hour.

this would remove all controversy. if you can't do math, you don't give ratings. if you give ratings, you don't get to arbitrarily pick.
