The time change didn't bother my toddler or I but my wife was completely insufferable about sharing how tired and miserable she was all day. I kept offering to let her nap while I watch junior but she would just doze on the couch all day and get pissed if the 2.5 year old actually started playing and waking her up.

He and I have both been pretty spry in the mornings and over productive. He has even helped me get in some short yoga while I've been under the weather.

Wait...yesterday? she got an extra hour of sleep though. i wasn't sleepy until too-early-for bedtime.

I still say that we should leave it IN Daylight Saving Time. One change, then just leave it like that. More sunlight at the end of the day, everyone's happy.

I need more light in the morning. Or I can't wake up. We can stay in this time change as a morning laborer lol.

If you like the look of natural daylight in a room, these are awesome. I've had good luck with this brand, but anything in the 5000k-5500k spectrum does the trick. This week should be a low earn week. Tomorrow is a holiday off at work, so my mom and I are going to a casino out of town. Friday I have off since it's my birthday and I have stuff planned. I can't be on too long today because I have to go to pick up some paperwork and then get blood drawn. So, I keep telling myself I won't make goal this week and it's ok, but my brain has a hard time with that notion.

Thanks! We actually have this sort of bulb for photography. We try to sort of double up on functionality though and the garden provides light + foods (well, herbs for that one) BUT I'll remember this if the light gets to be too annoying. The ones we're moving into the bedroom are purple and bug the hell out of my husband.
