I'm gonna try that - I 've seen some recipes for the Korean pancakes, always wanted to make, but never did. Thx for the incentiveI just shredded the cabbage and a red onion (it was in the fridge.....) and some tiny bok choy (also about to go - just wanted to use it up). I added three eggs and flour. I salted it, added pepper, and dill (that was because it was close, lol) and then fried it in oil - about 10 minutes each side.
I've added other things, before. Just depends on what I want to use up![]()
