My main tip would be confidence. I didn't let them focus on skills that I didn't have, I told them why they needed to hire me.

I have seen that work before for others, thanks. My last interview was on the phone with an HR recruiter for another job and I think I came across too strong for her and haven't heard back. This job is totally different and one where knowing your stuff and getting it done really matter, and the interview is with the supervisor. All HR did was schedule the interview, and I know this stuff and can do it well. The only issue might be that I've been doing it really well for over 30 years... We do not discriminate based on age, blah blah blah.

Anyone know why it would be impossible to scroll when multi window-ing hits? It seems like when I submit 5's I need to wait for it to be submitted all the way before I can scroll in any mturk chrome window.
