I decided I needed to take a Benadryl for the reaction I'm having to this smoke (skin rash, my system is very odd).

Now I can't remember if I took the Benadryl I decided I should take. And if I should just go ahead and take another one. (or the first one?)

I could be done turking today if needed. Close enough to goal, and I've started returning things so...that usually spells the end of my will to work online.

Wait 3 hours if you can, just in case. If it's 25mg and you think you took one you can take another one. No more than 300mg in one day.
