5% doesn't seem like much, but on the other hand I guess that 5% could prove crucial. But what do I know. Do you see that number as significant?

It's better than 0%, but not good. It was at 0% for so long. It's day 4 of it right now and winds are really bad, makes it harder to fight, and it's huge.
