I had a problem with my nuke hit as well. mTurk logged me out as I submitted so it cleared the page of my code and I had to copy my password so lost it. I wrote a note so hoping for the best. I think I remembered it correctly but who knows.

in the future if you log back in on the same page/tab as the submission and hit back on the browser twice it will usually submit it
