When eating at Taco Bell it's really hard to tell whether you've been poisoned or just had a regular Taco Bell meal.

Food poisoning usually takes at least around one day to show up. It could just be that your stomach was really sensitive for some reason. I used to throw up when I was in my early twenties if I ate pizza. Around that time, for whatever reason, my body couldn't handle the grease.
