The ones here in SC taunt the dogs next door by dancing along the fence between our gardens. It's probably really bad of me but I feel a certain satisfaction when the dogs score a direct hit on them.

Rarely. Higher education, maybe. It can sometimes come up in a "background check" but, depends on how much they pay, as to how much info they get back.

EDIT, Unless you're 18, they assume that ship has sailed, regardless.

I'd have to say highly unlikely, I don't think most high schools have a dedicated records keeping department that would be necessary for something like that
