Yep! I used to email the requester and take screenshots every time. Now I don't usually bother, and haven't had a problem so far.

d'oh. i woke up really early this morning just to boil a massive amount of water because most of austin is still under a boil water mandate. i managed to get it boiled and turned off the burner then promptly forgot about the whole thing 3 hours later. just filled a bunch of water bottles a little bit ago. i hope this ends soon.
